Apple is full of fail for returning to the PowerPC Architecture with the iPad's A4 cpu rather then sticking with a x86 intel netbook cpu.

A4 uses a variant of ARM not PowerPC. It seems to work well on the iPhone.

Damn those misleading tech news sites! I think the one I read may have inferred that it was a Power Architecture chip because that is what P.A. Semiconductor specilised in before apple bought them.
